Hi, Iām Britta,
I am a mother of two daughters and a certified Yoga and Massage Therapist. Originally from Germany, in 2019, my family and I made the decision to relocate to the Caribbean Sea. It's a breathtaking environment to witness my children's growth and to pursue my passion for my work.
In this serene setting, I've found many women who are drawn to natural childbirth and embrace it as a profound initiation. My fascination with the female body and its capabilities has been a lifelong pursuit. I've dedicated thousands of hours to deepen my knowledge through various training and continuing education courses, which I've applied over many years of practice. Both of my pregnancies and births were supported by yoga therapy, before and after delivery.
Beyond my focus on the female body, I am deeply committed to alignment and structural health. In my yoga therapy sessions, I guide women and men to become aware of their posture and any 'incorrect' habits, initiating a self-directed healing process. In my massage practice, I take a holistic and personalized approach, tailored to the specific needs of each individual. Utilizing organic oils and skilled techniques, I aim to provide a nourishing and deeply relaxing experience.
My training in brief: Triggerpoint-Massage (2023), Iyengar Yoga Therapy Assistant (2017-2019), Iyengar Yoga Instructor (2017), Prenatal Massage (2016), Prenatal Yoga (2016), Esalen Massage (2014), Kalari Abhjasam (2013), Iyengar Yoga for Women ( 2013), Ayurveda Massage (2012), Ayurveda Medicine for Women, Pregnant Women & Babies (2011), International Yoga Teacher in Vinyasa Yoga (2010), Therapy Program on Musculoskeletal System, Functional Approach to Disorders of the Lumbar Spine and Lower ( 2010), Traditional Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner (2008)
